Communicative teaching methods and a
friendly international environment make
learning English at Liverpool School of English
a pleasurable and enriching experience.

assess their ability in English and are then
placed in the appropriate class.
General English classes introduce the main
linguistic concepts used in everyday
communication such as structure, syntax,
vocabulary and pronunciation. The focus is on
English for spoken communication, however
all skills are taught.
You work to familiarise yourself with

build on this work to include more advanced
vocabulary and language skills.
