Evening classes are ideal for students who want to maintain their English without committing to a full-time course. Twice weekly classes offer the perfect opportunity to enhance fluency and accuracy in reading, writing, listening, speaking and grammar. We provide a welcoming environment to make learning in the evening a pleasure. Regular organised get-togethers with LILA’s international and English speaking students enable you to activate your newly acquired language skills.

University residence is quality city centre accommodation for students willing to share with other
students of LILA*. It is high standard, modern accommodation with en-suite facilities, common areas and fully equipped kitchens. Residence is located within walking distance of LILA* and is perfect for groups of friends coming together and wanting to share a flat or even for a single traveller looking to make friends!
All residence accommodation includes: single en-suite bedrooms, shared kitchen facilities, common areas, Wi-Fi, 24 hour check in, onsite management and security, laundry facilities and digital television in the common areas. Please note that some residential accommodation facilities charge a nominal fee for
laundry (approx £3). Internet connection is available in the residence for a small fee. - Homestay
- LIVING WITH LOCAL PEOPLE - HOMESTAY - HALF BOARD: Available all year subject to availability. Maximum journey 45 minutes, average 20 minutes. Homestay is perfect those students who want to
immerse themselves in the English culture. Staying with local people they are welcomed into the family so that they have a home away from home. Please note that half board is breakfast and dinner, Monday to Saturday, and lunch is included on Sundays.
LIVING WITH LOCAL PEOPLE - HOMESTAY - ROOM ONLY: Available all year subject to availability.
Maximum journey 45 minutes, average 20 minutes. Staying with a local host provides students with a home environment but the independence of a student residence. Students have their own room with

Shared accommodation is budget accommodation for students willing to share with other tenants
(LILA*/Non-LILA*). It is ideal for students who want to share with friends or meet people and have
independence during their stay. Students can book single/double/twin rooms, subject to availability. Shared accommodation ranges from houses to self-contained flats within larger accommodation blocks. All of our shared accommodation is located in popular student areas with access to local amenities (shops, bars etc) and with good transport links. Communal areas are cleaned and maintained regularly by the accommodation management teams. Maximum journey 45 minutes, average 20 minutes. All shared accommodation is self catering and includes; bedding, basic furniture, kitchen utensils, shared kitchen/bathroom facilities, common area for students with TV, 24 hour check in, Wi-Fi or internet and laundry
facilities. Some properties have Sky/digital television. Some properties have car parking on request.
